Renata Beauty Return Policy
At Renata Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges.
Eligible items must be returned in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with all original accessories and/or products included. The item(s) must be unused and in a resalable condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at contact@renatabeauty.com. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
For domestic shipments within the EU, we will provide a return shipping label for the customer's convenience. However, for international shipments outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of returning the items.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special order items
- Items that have been used, altered or damaged
- Digital products or services

Shipping
For domestic shipments within the EU, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or the incorrect item was shipped. For international shipments outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of returning the items.
